Insights PA Terms of Service
By accessing my website, booking a consultation or subscribing to access my digital services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1) Scope of Services
Insights PA provides professional Public Affairs services, both digital and bespoke.
Consultations: Most initial engagements begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This initial consultation does not establish a formal advisory relationship.
Digital Services Rate: Any interested party can subscribe to my digital services which are billed at a flat recurring monthly subscription fee.
Bespoke Services Rate: Any further bespoke consulting is billed at a flat hourly rate.
2) Digital Subscriptions And Sales Terms
By subscribing to my digital services and accessing my Regulation Insights hubs, you agree to the following commercial terms:
Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis from the date of your initial signup. All fees are priced and processed in Euros (€). You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information within your account.
Immediate Performance & Waiver of Right of Withdrawal: By subscribing to a digital service and accessing my Regulation Insights hubs, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract. You acknowledge and agree that once the digital service delivery begins, you lose your statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal and are no longer eligible for a refund for that billing cycle.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account. Cancellation stops the next automated billing cycle; you will retain access to the Regulation Insights hub until the end of your current paid period. I do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Usage Restrictions & License: Upon successful payment processing, you are granted you a single transferable license that you can share with members of your team to utilise my digital services for internal organisational analysis. You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling or copying my digital services for external commercial gain.
3) Professional Discretion and Compliance
Lobbying Register: I strictly comply with the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015. It is my responsibility to accurately identify and log relevant communications when statutory thresholds are met.
No Guarantees: While I provide rigorous, data-driven insights and advocacy strategies, legislative environments are inherently changing. I do not guarantee specific policy or legislative outcomes, amendments or political decisions.
4) Limitation of Liability
My digital services and bespoke services are intended for informational and strategic purposes. While I strive for accuracy, I am not liable for any operational or business decisions made based on the data provided by my digital services or bespoke services. All services and digital goods are accepted by the client on an "as-is" basis.
5) Intellectual Property
All content on this website including; copy, logos, branding, text layouts, proprietary frameworks and digital services are the intellectual property of Insights PA and is protected under Irish and international copyright laws.
6) Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of my services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
